Some big news – you may have noticed the dozen+ Frontier trucks around Lexington Green. Frontier Fiber is coming to LG! Installation has begun – and these fine folks will be with us for the better part of 2 months. Some items to note:
- Installation is going to come in phases. There may be some disruption to lawns, or electrical boxes. I have been assured that any damage or disruption will be addressed before the service is taken live. If you see a lull in activity, it does not necessarily mean that they are done.
- Estimated completion date is the conclusion of June, but weather could always delay that. I have been told the expectation is the service will be available for purchase by July if all goes well.
I also wanted to take a moment to thank Board Vice President and Treasurer Matt Mauro, who led this initiative. He has been working since last year to bring Frontier to the neighborhood, and was the one that got us on their radar. Thank you, Matt!
