Reporting a streetlight out

If you observe a streetlight with a bulb out or otherwise in need of repair, call 203-499-2290 or go to the UI website at www.uinet.com Use the SEARCH box and type in “Streetlight Repair” to submit a repair order.

You’ll need to have the post number located on the lamp post plus the approximate address. You can also report the lamp out directly to Westford Maintenance. (ext.400). Westford will be able to provide the pole number and address to UI.

If the repair takes longer than 2 weeks, please report this to Westford’s Maintenance contact (listed above) along with the pole information and the original date of the repair request.
