Hello neighbors!
I am writing to you today to update you on the following projects occurring on our common spaces.
- The gazebo and bridge are both being renovated as we speak. The gazebo is being power washed, sanded, and repainted – you may have already noticed the cleaned roof! Due to extensive rot, the bridge is going to be totally rebuilt and replaced. Completion of this work is weather dependent, but we are hoping that work will be completed by mid-May.
- The fences in the front and on the green are slated to be power washed in the coming days.
- Spring cleaning, mulching, and planting will be occurring in common spaces soon as well.
- Benches are coming to the Green! Stay tuned for an announcement on how you might be able to put your name on these new additions to our common space!
In the coming weeks, we also hope to have information on crack sealing and paving projects that the Association will be undertaking this year.
