A reminder to all homeowners:
Recently, we have had a number of incidents in the community of dogs running off their property and charging at other dogs or humans.
While we understand that sometimes accidents or mistakes happen, we would like to reiterate that it is against our community rules to unleash your dog in common areas.
Dogs must be leashed at all times – on the Green, while walking our streets, and when they are in your yard (unless you have a fence or electric fence).
Those not following this rule can be subject to a fine.
